- Overall responsible for all Accounts Payable and Liabilities, including bookkeeping and monthly closing tasks. - Accounts payable will include supplier payments, employee expense claims and Rider freelancer payments. There will be support of the finance assistant in preparing the payments and booking of invoices among other things. - Implement SOP’s for payments & procurement processes. - As part of the accounting team, you will ensure timely and accurate reporting in adherence to the global reporting standards and guidelines. - Minimize risks in procurement/payments by implementing controls together with the GRC manager. - Collaborate with the finance team and other various stakeholders to design and improve accounting processes. Especially during the implementation of SAP in which you will actively participate.

- At least a Diploma in Accounting - Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in audit or another related field - Highly proficient in Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, vLookups etc.) - Good knowledge of SAP preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical abilities - Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented and employs a proactive approach to problem-solving - Process-oriented as well as strong organizational skills with a hands-on mentality - Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
