Necessary Skills, Understanding, Experience, Attitude Leasing: • Looking for tenants to fill up occupancy for the project • Build up and maintain positive relationships with tenants • Prioritize important tenants and leasing opportunities • Understand the basics of the leasing process • Understand the basics of lease term conditions • Knowledge of Retail Leasing is an advantage • Treat tenants with care and importance • Take personal ownership for leasing activities • Follow internal leasing procedures • Take action to help with the needs of tenants • Reply and follow-up on tenant leasing enquires • Develop competence and understanding of lease documentation
