- As Senior Draftman, your role is to create plans and technical drawings based on given specifications and calculations. - Prepare architectural and structural shop drawings - Perform simple engineering design work and calculations - Propose relevant / appropriate material selection - Check designs for mistakes and coordinate with other - consultant drawings - Familiar with contract specifications - Perform site checks and resolve site problems - Assist in planning schedules for drawing completion and issuance - Seek new ideas / solutions to improve the current designs, - - work methods and procedures - Liaise with other designers and Structural Designer on drafting matters - Liaise with Site Managers, Site Engineers and Clients as needed
