- Lead the team to achieve manufacturing targets. - Maintain productivity by coordinating / controlling the resources; - Ensure tasks have been completed and recorded on a shift basis i.e. daily PM&R, housekeeping, spoilage, material usage by the Team Members; - Ensure Environment, Health & Safety and HACCP procedures are followed by the Team Members. - Maintain a good standard of housekeeping within the Department.

- 5 years technical bias course in mechanical/electrical/production engineering - 2-3 years experience in management/supervisory role, preferably high speed manufacturing - Good written and spoken English - Able to coordinate a team to operate and maintain the process equipment - Able to work shifts/self motivated team player
