- Greet guest upon arrival with warm smile and traditional Khmer culture - Check with guest of any reservation or booking - Communication to guest of the available& suitable seat/room for their preference - Grab guest attention before greeting guest to come back to your hosting station - Pleasantly greet to farewell guest( as per traditional Khmer Culture) upon their departure at the exit - Keep the hosting area clean, tidy and clear for access - Work with reservation team for any new booking or check-in with booking - Update the occupancy at all time by coordinating with cashier/ supervisors - Update the number of walk-in to hotel manager as per provided format - Maintain very positive, especially for the first and the last impression to our guest at all time - Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor, which leads to guest satisfaction - Work closely with per and line supervisor in order to meet guest’s need or handle their complaints - Stay attentive to guest’s need at all time
