- Assist the Sales & Marketing in administration and overall sales planning of the sales office, advertisement and public relations. - Makes telemarketing to customers. - Pays visits to customers who are experiencing difficulties with the Hotel. - Writes quotation and general business letters. - Prepares mailings and updates listing of Hotel guests. - Communicates progress of sales information to other departments. - Assisting sales and promotion activities within and outside the Hotel. - Servicing of conferences and groups. - Plans and makes sales calls. - Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by the Sales Manager.
