Jobs Description

- Office maintenance, Record and keep document in-out from ministry and other admin tasks - Manage office equipment - Prepare a document for Ministry required - Plan and organize administrative support activities - Prepare company event - Prepare other requests to submit to the finance department - Carry out office renovation and maintenance project, manage fleet - Provide administrative support assign by direct manager. - Search quotations and purchasing materials and supporting each department for what their needs - Other tasks assigned by HR/Admin Manager - Administer leave record management for all departments and produce reports - Manage overall administration works including office phone, Internet, electricity and water bill. - Ensure that the office is always maintained in a high standard of cleaning and safe - Ensure all equipment’s and working tools are ready before the starting date of new employees - Coordinate with finance team to ensure all company fixed assets are well recorded and updated

Jobs Requirement
