- Planning, creating, testing and implementing new designs - Designing new graphic user interface elements naming menus, tabs and widgets but still optimizing existing ones - Preparing and presenting rough drafts to teammates - Prepares visual presentations by designing art and copy layouts - Illustrating designing ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps - Developing UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites look like and function - Building page navigation buttons and search fields - Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems - Adhering to style standards on fonts, colors and images - Communicating with clients to understand their business goals and objectives - Gathering user experiences and requirements to evaluate and improve the designs and products

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in graphic design, Computer Science or relevant fields - Efficient knowledge of both written and spoken English - Portfolio of designing projects with web/mobile applications - Some experience as an UI/UX designer or similar role - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Acrobat and Dreamweaver as well as wireframe tools like Wireframe.cc and In Vision) - Experienced with HTML5 & CSS3 - Strong interpersonal and professional skills - Being a detail-oriented so as customer-centered person, critical thinker and problem solver - Self-motivated but can also shine as part of a team SOFT SKILLS o Teamwork o Empathy o Attitude o Critical Thinking o Communication and adaptability o Self-motivated but can also shine as part of a remote team ATTRACTIVE PACKAGE Working from Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off) – 40 hours Net Salary + Corporate Bonus 2 times per year + Individual bonus Transportation allowance Health Insurance (Standard coverage)
