Jobs Description

* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Control administrative task related to cleaning, security, facility, fire control, food and hygiene etc. - Coordinates office operations such as meetings, events and reports - Check attendance worker and Recruitment new hire workers - Organize and maintain file, records, and correspondence - Provide general administrative support including: phones, distributing mail, and preparing - Ensure all office equipment is well maintained and serviced - Manage and Control all kind of administrative document to file in order - Handle on government officer/ Administrative procedure - Connecting all admin in warehouse/ solving problem - Other tasks assign by Administrative Director

Jobs Requirement

* REQUIREMENT - Bachelor degree in Administrative or relevant qualification - At least 4-year experience in administrative or related field - Excellent collaboration and communication skills with strong proficiency in written and spoken English - Be self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines - Have good computer skill (Microsoft office, Excel, Power point and internet and E-mail) - Creative and flexible in work, be able to work effectively and cooperatively with Co-workers - Good interpersonal skill, hardworking, honest and high responsibility - Able working under pressure 1.Bachelor Degree in Account and finance and other equivalent degree 2.At least useful 1-year work experience in similar position 3.Be able to work independent 4.Be able to understand of account payable 5.Especially understand of how to clear stock in out 6.Good oral and written English and Khmer communication skill 7.Be friendly, flexible, honestly, responsibility, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure Competitive Offer: • Annual Salary increment • Annual Performance Bonus • Learning and Development • Group Personal Accident Insurance ( Forte ) • Working Accident and Health care Insurance ( NSSF ) • Gift for Khmer New year and Pchum Ben • Other terms and conditions follow to Company’s internal policy.
