Check Packing list and actual received fabric quantity from inventory warehouse. d. Pull out short in roll and damaged fabric from cutting ticket report. e. Analyze garments damaged supposed to charge to fabric vendor or contractor. f. Check delay and cancellation date of fabric order and actual received date g. Comparing original PO width and actual width received h. Comparing original PO weight and actual weight received i. Check the testing content 5. Upload final amount charge back (PDF) into W/F and post into FTP site. 6. Review advance notice and post into FTP site. 7. Provide the chargeback packages every Thursday to accountant for them to process the Payment. 8. Analysis and follow up start from purchasing fabric till production end. Local Chargeback
