ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Secures financial information by completing database backups. 2.Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. 3.Check on all payments (Cash and Check payments prepared by AP) 4.Follow up Aged Payable 5.Check daily payment report 6.Check payment request to top management 7.Compile billing and send to tenant with accounting date 8.Collect payment from tenants 9.Follow up Aged Receivable and contact tenant for outstanding balance 10.Post receipt from tenant which include monthly rental and deposit 11.Post bank slip and money transfer to bank 12.Control on process of FIFO handled by stock controller 13.Contact to suppliers to make purchase order 14.Close all cash receipt reports monthly 15.Close cash in bank and cash on hand report monthly 16.Close cash in Bank (Visa Card) 17.Have knowledge of QuickBooks, Peachtree, Microsoft Office, Internet, E-mail 18.Other tasks assigned by manager

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS -Female or Male minimum 25 years’ old -Cambodia Nationality -Bachelor degree in accounting or finance in related field -English both verbal and writing -At least one -year experience in accounting -Computer skill, Microsoft Office applications
