Full-time: 07:30-17:00 Working time: Monday - Saturday Experience: 5 years’ experience Salary & Benefits: $600-$900 with Insurance + Lunch Responsibilities: - Manager several construction sites through Site Engineers, ensuring that the works are done safely, on time, within budget and to the right quality standards - Coordinate and attend regular meetings with client(s) and Project Manager - Prepare the site and plan the works before starting the project(s) - Produce Site Detail Schedule and follow-up on timelines every day - Work with Structural Designer to provide Method Statement - Follow-up on designs and shop drawings - Explain works to Site Engineers and Site Foremen. - Supervise and control Site Engineers and Site Foremen - Review and compile daily reports from Site Engineers and submit to client within timeline given (E.g. 10AM) - Prepare and submit Material Transmittal, specifications, Request for Inspection, Documents Transmittal, etc. - Manage sub-contractors’ accounts including validation of progress payments, value variations and agree final accounts - Consult with Project Manager for medium scope change or problem and adjust site works accordingly - Report problems and propose solutions to Project Manager - Monitor site progress and keep clients/Project Manager updated regularly - Keep contact and relationships with sub-contractors - Constantly check quality & workmanship of every step of work - Follow the internal purchasing process. Keep an eye on expenditure to avoid spending more than the sums budgeted - Manage procurement of sub-contractors including detailing scope, agreeing prices, rates and producing sub-contract documentation - Liaise with Engineers to ensure that works are performed in compliance with contract requirement. - Oversee the handover process of each project
