Jobs Description

• The Agency Manager’s duties are to recruit and retain freelance sales agents, develop sale strategies, set sales goals and targets, team motivation and conduct training to freelance sales agents in order to drive sales. Reporting Structure - Immediate Supervisor: Chief Executive Officer - Direct Report Positions (0) N/A Duties and Responsibilities • Recruit and retain Pointer's freelance sales agents • Train the freelance agents on sales skills and products knowledge • Mentor and motivate Pointer's sales agents to perform their roles • Monitor the agents' sales performance and targets • Coordinate with marketing department to organize and lead sales and marketing seminars • Control the distribution of marketing materials to the agents • Report weekly and monthly on sales agents' performance to top management • Perform other duties as assigned by company Key Measurement Areas • Quantity of team productivity • Quality of general administrative and team building • Ability to manage schedules and lead team • Accuracy and effectiveness of oral and written communication • Quality of relationships with related departments • Ability to troubleshoot Key Challenges • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently one-on-one, in group settings and through use of technology • Ability to manage, coordinate and organize schedules and logistics • Ability to work and adapt effectively in high pressure situations Decision Making Authority • As per direction of the Chief Executive Officer

Jobs Requirement

Profile and Qualifications Minimum Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sale and Marketing, Management or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred Professional Experience: • 2-5 years' work experience at management level in Sales or Marketing Knowledge: • Good knowledge of the real estate industry and property technology • Good understanding of sale and marketing concepts • Good knowledge of company operation Skills and Abilities: • Strong oral, writing and presentation skills in English and Khmer (Chinese a plus) • Advanced level in Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Great communication and interpersonal skills • Great coordination and organizational skills • Ability to convince people to follow the instructions • Ability to lead and coach sales team • Ability to learn fast and adapt to new environments • Flexibility and adaptability Other Requirements: • Honest, hard-working, friendly, organized and results-driven • Willingness to learn and practice new skills
