Summary of Position • The Senior Graphic Designer’s role is to create, produce, oversea and train other staff on conceptual and technical aspects of creative design and broadcast production work. Duties and Responsibilities • Design original art work for both offline and online • Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects • Executive and oversee all design projects from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring high level of quality and professionalism • Lead, manage, mentor and train more junior level graphic designers and non-graphic designers in graphic design and broadcast production • Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met • Perform other duties as assigned by company Key Measurement Areas • Creativity, attractiveness, professionalism of creative ideas, designs and execution • Ability to manage schedule and team • Quality of relationships with related departments • Ability to train others • Ability to troubleshoot Key Challenges • Ability to manage, coordinate and organize schedules for designer team • Ability to make decision effectively and efficiently on designers’ works • Ability to work and adapt effectively in high pressure situations Decision Making Authority • As per direction of the Marketing Manager

Profile and Qualifications Minimum Education: Minimum Education • Bachelor’s degree in design, visual arts or related fields Professional Experience: • At least 2 years of experiences as a designer, senior designer or a related area Knowledge • Strong conceptual and critical thinking skills • Strong knowledge of color, typography, design and graphic principles • Good knowledge of the real estate industry and property technology • Good understanding of designing concepts • Good knowledge of marketing concepts Skills and Abilities • Expert level in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effect, • Experienced in photography & cinematography • Great communications and interpersonal skills • Great coordination and organizational skills • Ability to learn fast and adapt to new environments • Flexibility and adaptability Other Requirements: • A passion for art, advertising, design, culture and trends • Honest, hard-working, friendly, organized and results-driven • Willingness to learn and practice new skills
