- General quantity surveying duties such as contract/project cost control, variations and administration - Compilation of quotations, comparisons of quotes. Review of prices, selection of competitive prices and summarizing subcontracts, materials and equipment - Assists in preparation of tenders submission and pre-tender pricing verification - Prepare monthly progress claim and necessary analysis reports relating to cost - Understanding project goals, deadlines, financial boundaries to allocate best resources, scheduling project deadlines, general coordination

- Minimum Diploma in QS or Building or its equivalent - Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in the residential, commercial and retail renovation management and/or site coordination work - Experience in interior design industry will be an advantage - Site experience will be highly in advantage - Good knowledge in commercial and retail building submission, setup requirement, etc. - Able to work independently and ability to keep good reporting and documentation works - Organized and meticulous - Bilingual in English - Can take instruction
