- Check all material slips with SAP system report - Compare inventory levels with SAP records - Create purchase order (PO), goods receipt (GR), Goods issue (stock for sampling, scraping and internal consumption in SAP) - Physical Count Inventory - Block Stock for Damaged goods and/or inadequate quality - Prepare reports of inventory balance - Prepare daily third-party reports - Clarified delivery return with logistic and SD - Understand and enforce the safety policy and regulations - Maintain stock records using manual/computerized systems - Prepare reports on adjustments to inventories, spoilt or damaged stock and changes in stock location
