A Shift Supervisor provides assistance to the Asst. Manager. In the absence of AM, the Shift Supervisor oversees all table games and overall casino operations. Primary duties include: managing team members, resolving issues, communicating with other department (B2B, IT, HR) and all levels of management. A Shift Supervisor also ensures that all team members comply with company standards. During staff shortages, Shift Supervisor monitors and informs the management so as to fill the positions as needed. As Shift Supervisor during a designated shift, she must possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills needed to control the operation of the gaming establishment. She must exhibit a courteous and professional attitude at all times. Additionally, she should possess effective interpersonal communication skills and must be willing and able to work on different shifts especially during night, weekends, and holidays. ** WORK ACTIVITIES (KRA & KPI) 1.
