Jobs Description

(No experience require we will train you) - English speaking starting from $250 to $350 - Chinese speaking starting from $400 to 600$ The key responsibilities of the Leasing Executive include but are not limited to: 1) Front Office Operation - Coordinate with travel agents, property agents, corporate clients and FIT/OTAs on leasing and hotel rooms. - Provide information on our room availability and status. - Supervising check-in and check-out operations. - Follow up on booking enquiries to confirm stage with payment details. - Audit in-house list - Supervising and training new front office executives on PMS and Keyline system. - Supervising bellhops and portal services. - Plan roster 2) Assist in Contracting Matters - Provide rates and information to travel agents, property and corporate clients who wished to open a new account. - Prepare leasing contracts for apartments and offices. 3) Handle Guest Booking Disputes & Issues - Coordinate guest disputes/ complaints and (Non-service-related) from travel agents, property and corporate clients and provide investigation outcome. 4) Take Care of Sales Logistic - Assist in the investigation on waiver issues. - Assist in the filing and recording of waivers in the system. - Assist in recording and ordering room items. - Assist in printing and preparing of meal vouchers. - Monitor and keep stock of Sales kit and materials. - Coordinate with and notify Agents concerning any room closed out. - Monitor the room types and make adjustments in the system, if necessary in order to accommodate more bookings.

Jobs Requirement

- Fluent written and spoken English; Mandarin would be considered an added asset. - Strong investigative and writing skills (English). - Experience in Hospitality such as hotels for at least 6 months. - Computer Skills - Demonstrated ability with regard to computer skills, esp. MS Office (Words and Excel) - Attention to detail - Able to maintain sustained level of concentration. - Service Orientation - Displays a commitment to quality guest service at all times, values the supplying of accurate and timely information and relates to people from diverse backgrounds. - Good integrity and able to maintain business confidentiality.
