- Oversee daily Slot Operation - Check and approve the Cancel Credit/Hopper Refill requested by the Slot Attendant - Make sure that the money is given to the right person and the machine is reset - Ensure that the Slot Attendants are performing their duties properly - Assist Cashier in collection and counting of coins - Arrange and organize the promotion of Slot Games - Assist and guide new customers to play Slot Games - Arrange Slot Attendants’ meal break and resting time - Update Attendance Records of subordinates - Accept and carry out slot related tasks assigned by superiors - Train new slot staff - Prepare schedule on all counts
