Main Duties and Responsibilities: ⚫ Work closely with the Transport Supervisor to meet the daily Operations needs, e.g. allocate tasks, processing assignments and arranging daily routines, etc.,.. ⚫ Check the load information and set up tray according to request from the airline ⚫ Check and count hot meal tray set and seal before send to final holding chiller ⚫ Ensure all the equipment are cleaned ⚫ Check all airline equipment are enough for use ⚫ Pack all excess equipment and send back ⚫ Set up cutlery set for airline use ⚫ Ensure the floor, table, self are cleaned ⚫ Ensure the final holding chiller are cleaned ⚫ Check dry ice freezer are cleaned ⚫ Check ice chiller and ice are in the plastic bag properly ⚫ Record the tray set temperature in CCP 5 ⚫ Report glass policy in SOP 9 ⚫ Prepare inflight services equipment for all airline
