- Create and maintain professional skills are accessible to youth and job seekers. - Welcome visitors and run the required assessments - Make a first assessment and refer to Social Worker if there are support needed - Make a daily, weekly and monthly schedule for workshop, seminar and youth meeting. - Organize a timetable for skilled personnel from MT / MS to provide a regular workshop session (eg, weekly seminar on Financial Management Subjects) - Publication of seminars, short courses through social media, TV shows, radio broadcasts brochures / posters. - Provides training on skills related to entrepreneurship - Helping Social Workers / Youth on Communication and Building Workshops - Communicate with social workers (eg, family product development) - Establish and monitor initiatives for small businesses - Collect data and report to Team Leader or Management - Working well with key partner MS/FI

- Bachelor Degree of relevant field is proffered - At least one year experiences working in similar duties as required by this position. - Good written and spoken English - Good computer literacy in Ms. Office, emails, database etc.  - Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, be flexible, honest MT is an equal opportunity employer and jobs will be awarded to the applicants best for thisposition.
