• Collect customer’s information and requirements before project execution • Perform trial mixes with clients to meet their requirements • Estimate concrete volume and consult technical aspect of the project before casting • Coordinate operation teams to achieve smooth concrete order and delivery • Communicate with site engineers and oversee overall process of concrete casting • Verify concrete performance and sample preparation on site • Provide technical recommendations to site engineers on good site practices • Prepare and submit concrete casting report and other administrative documents • Respond to all site issues related to concrete quality & quantity • Prepare non-conformance reports by investigating root causes and proposing mitigation and monitor corresponding corrective and preventive actions • Assist in execution of Quality Management System (QMS folder system, ISO certification • Conduct research and development of new products
