- Using Kiu ERP (internal system) to handle daily accounting bookkeeping; - Filing of accounting documents; - Periodic filing of reports to the relevant legal authorities; - Prepare monthly financial statements and budgets; - Manage cash flows and process all transactions related to the company; - Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures; - Checking accounting documents to ensure that they are correct, legally and valid; - Record attendance and leave records for employees and manage payroll calculations; - Assist with other general administrative tasks;

- Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent; - Must obtain ACP certificate or equivalent; - At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the Accounting/Finance is required for this position; - Be able to use accounting software such as Quick Books or other systems; - Experience in using ERPs such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, NetSuite, etc. is a big advantage; - Good at English communication; - Dynamic, proactive and be able to handle HR or Admin related tasks; - Be able to work independently as well as be a good team player; - Preferred specialization in Finance - General Accounting or equivalent; - Full-Time position(s) available;
