- Welcome parents & visitors on the Campus - Provide client care by answering their questions concerning NIRA International School - Responsible for NIRA International School’s phone lines - Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers and emails - Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments - Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, signing forms etc. - All administrative duties given by the Administration Officer’s direct supervisor - Accounting and financial transactions - Dealing with accounting system (Quick book, Excel, new systems…)

Proven working experience in similar roles - At least 3 Year experience in Accounting or Admin - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Quick Book) - Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance - Solid communication skills both written and verbal (Khmer and English) - Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise - Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure - Khmer Font typing
