• Determine how best to represent a concept visually • Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use • Develop the overall look or style of a publication, an advertising campaign, or a theater, television, or film set ,promotion design ,planning design & supervise design staff • Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members • Talk to clients to develop an artistic approach and style • Coordinate activities with other artistic and related creative departments • Develop detailed budgets and timelines • Present designs to clients & company for approval • Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends • Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands • Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments • Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots • Managing budgets, communications budget and sales target • Projecting a positive company image to the public • Managing media relations • Ensuring quality control of all information released • Crisis management and preemptive planning • Cultivating an environment of readiness and alertness • Maintaining an awareness of company risks and threats • Perform other tasks requested by manager

• Proven working experience as brand design, business development & marketing • Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design • Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire framing tools • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio • Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills • Relevant education or training • Analytical skills and attention to detail • An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers wishes • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas • The ability to manage and allocate budgets • Experience with and an understanding of market research • Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time • An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns • Experience in stakeholder/community engagement. • Clear and concise communication with team members and senior management. • Strong and confident leadership.
