MISSIONS: The seller will be in charge of the management of the customers at the reception of requests from FIT market. The person will advise and sell customized travel, responding to the requests and wishes of travelers. He ensures the follow-up of the files in progress and sold in partnership with the various services of the company. He will abide by the sales protocol and established procedures. - Develop sales with partners on the French market. - Ensure the sale of tours in Laos and Cambodia. - Ensure the processing and the follow-up of the files. - Respect of the sales protocol and procedures. - Delivers quality information and ensures customer satisfaction on these exchanges. FUNCTIONS: - Planning and selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services, - Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations, - Follow-up guest’s account with a close collaboration with the operations team and the accountants. - Daily communication with customers, calls, emails, Skype but also with operations and production managers, - Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc…) to travelers, - Costing and evaluation of the costs of stays and activities, - Prepare travel documents, - Update online tour, on the analysis of competitors, requests from travelers, and customer’s feedback.

SKILLS AND QUALITIES REQUIRED: - Excellent command of French written and spoken, the good command of English is a plus, - Competence in sales, excellent relationship, - Competitive spirit, like challenge and have commercial ambitions, - Able to use Word, Excel, - Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field, - Knowledge of South East Asia, particularly Laos and Cambodia, - Personal travel experience will be considered like an advantage.
