- Manage and oversee the Accounting team. - Provide coaching and advise to other Accountants when needed. - Generate financial reports and statements for all Department Head. - Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations. - Developing and reviewing financial procedures. - Controlling of Budget process for all Departments. - Year End/ Project end audit preparation. - Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts. - Internal & external controlling (donor) - Review cash-flow forecasting, cash management & financial planning.

** Knowledge: - University degree in accounting, management or other related field - Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience working in Management or Accounting - High knowledge of Accounting Systems and Software - Experience in leadership and development of staff ** Skills: - Strong computer skills - Fluent in English - Analytical and problem solving skills Attitude: - Create a climate of continuous improvement, open to challenge and new ideas. - Works with high precision and attention to detail - Flexible, Teamwork, open minded
