Perform and supervise all import-export operation activities on both sea and air freights. − Coordinate, supervise and evaluate all import-export operation activities of the subordinates. − Perform and supervise all import-export operation activities to ensure safe and smooth of purchasing work. − Perform any import-export operation matters by interacting with outside parties concerned − Establish and maintain constructive relationships within team, clients, suppliers and partners to ensure safe and smooth of import-export operation activities − Organize improvements in all purchasing operation activities to ensure more safe and efficient distribution activities. − Responsible for sea freight, air freight and brokerage of import-export shipments. − Check the shipping term on the shipping documents properly before handling. − Able to obtain the quotations from the suppliers of sea freight, air freight, etc… and filing properly. − Able to make quotations of DDU, DDP, EX-WORK, Sea & Air freight shipments and costing to partners and filing properly. − Weekly and Monthly reporting to the management of handled import-export shipments. − Other tasks assigned by Management.

-Bachelor degree or equivalent professional qualification. -Minimum 3 year experience in similar position in the Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry in Cambodia. -Understanding and familiar with government laws and regulations especially customs and excise, … related to the freight. -Ability to perform, supervise and train assigned employees including organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignment. -Ability to analyze and solve problem. -Good in Writing, Reading and Speaking English + other languages would be better. -Good creativity and innovation. -Be honest, hardworking, good attitude, team work -Willing to work under pressure.
