1. Should have background of Automobile at least 4 years’ experience. 2. Should be able to read and write English very well. 3. Should possess good technical Background. 4. Interact with the Technician and train according to the efficiency. 5. Coordination with OEM and get the updates and follow the standard. 6. Should be able to give the on-job training to the technician with new upcoming models. 7. Should be updated with all new technical aspect of the models. 8. Supervising the technician and other staff in quality perspective. 9. Keep records of quality repair and review & relevant documentation. 10. Ensure the correct Warranty judgement as per policy and various communication received from the company. 11. Good knowledge of MS office, excel. 12. Organizational and leadership quality.

- Have degree in related field automotive engineering. - Be able to communicate in English - At least 3 years of car repair experience - Have strong leadership and strong motivation skill - Good team player
