* Duties and Responsibilities: - Update new law & regulations which related to the cement industries for implementation on time; - Ensure corporate operations in compliance with local law and regulations; - Providing legal advice which includes drafting reviewing contracts and negotiation, other relevant documents, regulatory work associated with general business transactions, - Company secretary including preparation minutes, board and shareholder’s resolutions on various issues for their approval.
