Sales Manager – Based in Sihanouville, Cambodia Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in Sihanoukville to achieve sales objectives. Job Description • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly sales quotas for Sihanoukviulle; projecting expected sales numbers for projects. • Implements province sales programs by developing field sales action plans. • Market research by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. • Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. • Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. • Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Responsibilities • Set individual sales targets with sales team • Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team • Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team • Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives • Evaluate performance of sales staff • Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team • Plan and direct sales team training • Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals • Co-ordinate and monitor sales activity • Investigate lost sales and customer accounts • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales numbers • Generate timely sales reports • Formulate sales policies and procedures • Help prepare budgets • Control expenses and monitor budgets • Maintain inventory control • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities • Develop promotional ideas and material • Attend trade and industry conventions

Jobs Requirement

• Willingness to relocate to Sihanoukville, Cambodia • Business degree or related professional qualification • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy • Technical sales skills • Proven experience in customer relationship management • Knowledge of market research • Experience in managing and directing a sales team • Preferable with relevant industry knowledge • Preferable to speak Chinese
