Sales - Collaborate in a dynamic professional sales team - Generate sales calls with new and existing customers - Establish strong, multi-level relationships with key customers - Build and maintain good relationship with customers - Ensure individual volume and revenue target 2. Customer Services - Be the Customer’s first point of contact - Take full responsibility and ownership of customer shipments and issues - Coordinate and cooperate with various stakeholders such as shippers, vendors and carriers. - Manage daily operation and documentation - Perform data input and analysis combined with system management 3. Delivery (Warehouse/Intermodal Operations) - Supervise for daily operation activities at warehouse facility - Manage company’s equipment and properties in the warehouse facility - Collaborate with other Maersk warehouses and teams to make the work done effectively and efficiently - Involve in Operational Project of Process Improvement - Assist Vendor Management Team to critical business task
