- Monitor and examine all technical works and site management and produce reports; - Check works in compliance with drawing and meet standard; - Responsible for monthly progress report; - Ensure work quality of construction and in accordance with time lines of the project; - Coordinate with construction in order to ensure the quality of work is met; - Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

- A bachelor's Degree in electrical or mechanical construction / project management, engineering or qualified in a related field; - Minimum of 1 year experience MEP work; - Witnessing of all MEP system testing and performance of all systems and installations; - Computer proficiency within MS Office (Word, Excel, and Project) and AutoCAD; - Able to identify, and solve problems. - Able to work independently and accept responsibility; - Hard working and be able to work under pressure; - Good communication skill in Khmer and/or English; - Willing to travel and work in provinces.
