• Collaborating with different departments and helping contractors run projects smoothly • Deals with the documents associated with each project, monitoring the contractor drawings and maintaining records of installations • Part of the quality control process requires preparing documents at each stage of the schedule and checking the quality of the construction work to produce report • Monitor projects from their initial stages through to completion, ensuring that regulations are met and that necessary documents are prepared at each interval • Supervising the adherence to construction and safety regulations • Prepare reports for each project and ensure that the schedule and budget are maintained by tracking invoices and coordinating with other team members • Ensuring that the necessary materials are delivered to the work site to dealing with paperwork and budgeting appropriately for each project • Other job assigned by superiors.

• Bachelor or Associate’s degree in Business Management or related skills • One year of experience or fresh graduate students • Good communication in English ( Speaking, Writing, and Listening) • Coordinating with various teams, project managers, and contractors • Good in time management and problems solving skills • Honesty and hard working.
