- Associates's Degree in Tourism and Hospitality - 2 years experiences in ticketing with GDS - Good knowledge for Online flight ticketing - Good knowledge of Amadeus GDS system is an advantage. - Good command of English. Knowing Chinese or other languages is an advantage - Computer Literacy (Microsoft office: Word & Excel, Internet and Email) - Good written and oral communication skills - Good customer-service and problem solving skill - Good interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills - Attention to details, and good negotiation skills - Good numerical ability - Be a good team player - Ability to work under pressure.
