** ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - SOCIAL MEDIA & WEBSITE • Social Media planning and strategy • Monitors social media and manages content posting and development of editorial calendars. • Implements digital audits, analyzes results, delivers initial findings and recommends strategies. • Content Strategy: Page management/boosting and post scheduling • Understands Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and other analytics platforms. • Page performance report • Develop relationships and engage with media and influencers via social media. • Website support/maintenance & content updates • Email marketing (MailChimp) - TENANT COORDINATION • Coordinate jointly with tenants to deliver consistently content. • Planning and delivering CRM strategies • Build relationships with businesses to create co-branding opportunities that benefit both parties • Maintain consistent communication with tenants, management/operations team and leasing to ensure that all parties are properly informed. • Liaise with tenants to provide necessary documentation in a timely manner and assist for the coordination of design concepts to promote tenant's programs and spaces.

- Minimum two years experiences in Digital Marketing - Minimum education of Bachelor’s Degree - Good written and verbal communication skills - Fluent in Khmer, Chinese Language skill considered beneficial, English speaking skills required - A high level of computer literacy (Word, Excel) and skilled in software usage (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc.). - Candidates must be familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms including Facebook/Instagram campaigns, Linked-in, LINE/Telegram, YouTube, Google AdWords, and WordPress. - Demonstrate an understanding of Email Marketing and SEO best practices. - Strong networking abilities, resourceful and a multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail.
