- Human Resource Planning, Recruitment Configuration, Training and Development, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Labor Relationship Management - To implement HR guidelines, policies and procedures and manage human potential of operations in compliance with corporate standards and business issues - Oversee daily operations of the HR department - Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions - Implement performance review procedures (Probation / Annual Evaluations) - Measure employee retention and turnover rates - Manage all events in company (Staff Birthday, Annual Party/Trip etc.) - Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have - Other tasks assigned

- Master degree, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relation, HR Management or equivalent - English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) - At least 3 years experience in HRM - Have the ability to plan and implement HR Management tasks - Good knowledge and understanding of Legal and Business Environment is an advantage - Strong at interpersonal communication skills and familiar with business negotiation skills. - Honest and willing to work hard and flexible time An excellent benefit package and competitive salary will be offered to successful candidates.
