Job Purpose  Working under the supervision of the supervisor or manager the event sale executive carries out technical work pertaining to operation marketing. Principal Accountabilities a) Coordinate events on property that will drive new potential customers. The main focus being the sale of event packages which include corporate events and private functions. b) Work with the Marketing Manager to achieve sales targets for events and look at developing new revenue streams for the property. c) Provide plans for each event and coordinate with other departments to provide best in class service. d) Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure the message is delivered to the target audience. e) Establish an action plan that will maintain current business and provide for additional business through various sales tools. f) Monitor competitors in the market and provide reports to the Marketing Manager g) Provide recommendations for trialing new initiatives and for sales strategies. h) Support Marketing Manager with budget planning and controlling internal events and corporate events. i) Provide English to Khmer translations for use in publications and sales strategies.

1) 1-3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2) Outgoing personality, well presentable, creative. 3) Autonomy, able to build up his / her own material to work. 4) Ability to be flexible in working hours to execute the events to a best in class standard. 5) Demonstrate the ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the resort, the brand and the Company. 6) Problem solving and organizational abilities. 7) Fluent English.
