- Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification - Sourcing local and oversea suppliers & negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price term, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned  - Sourcing and - Monitor and follow-up local and overseas orders. - Co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time - Find goods for support with new project - Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures. - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery to warehouse - Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders - Responsible if inventory don’t have in warehouse for produce (Order not on time) - Responsible for price that order inventory or equipment not over or less to supplier

- BBA in Business Administration or other related to the job response - At least one Year working experience in purchasing - Good at negotiation & communication - Computer skill (Word, Excel, Internet & E-Mail and check Web side) - Good time management - Good communication in Khmer and English - Positive attitude , hard working , Loyal and Integrity
