Key Responsibilities - Take full responsibility of the entire Claims process - Ensure Claims payments are in accordance with the Claims management guidelines of the company - Conduct quality checks on cases processed by the staff - Confer with legal counsel on Claims requiring litigation - Conduct workshops and training to the staff to improve and enhance their knowledge and skills in Claims processing - Ensure effective communication with agencies and customers - Maintain all Claims document - Review and recommend changes to the Claims process and any associated document/form - Maintain Claims files such as records of settled Claims and an inventory of Claims requiring details analysis - Undertake other duties as required by Claims Department

Key Requirements - Bachelor or Master Degree in related fields - Minimum of 3 years relevant experience - Good English communication skills both verbal and written - Experience insurance system and Microsoft Office - Good integrity, positive attitude, high commitment, and competence - Be willing to travel when required Benefits - Working day: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5:30PM) - Basic Salary + Per Diem Allowance + 13th Salary + Performance Bonus - NSSF, Group Personal Accident (GPA) and Outpatient - Leave entitlements and Public holidays follow the MoLVT - Phone Allowance
