Jobs Description

- Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures of company (working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management) including company internal regulations. - Analyse and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. - Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization. - Analyses wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan. - Conducts wage surveys within labour market to determine competitive wage rate. - Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits - Timely administering payroll and maintaining employee records - Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance - Oversee and monitor the implementation of all compliance related are in good order and make sure all compliance docs related are getting approval and properly recorded/filing - Leads the HR function for 50 staffs - Responsibility for recruitment for all departments - Oversees the training function - Ensures strong HR administrative procedures are in place - Ensures all policies are understood and enforced - Responsible for the welfare of personnel on property and for ensuring a high standard of service for staff located on property that adheres to Labour Law. – Ensure Company compliance with Cambodian Labor Law. – Always provide continuous improvement ideas to achieve KPI

Jobs Requirement

- Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field - At least 4 years of Human Resources management level experience - Fluent in written and spoken English, Khmer language skills are plus - Can demonstrate a knowledge of Cambodian labour law - Outgoing, proactive individual who makes things happen - Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
