- Generates consumer demand through brand awareness and marketing initiatives - Develops brand strategies and drives execution to reach the performance goals - Develops digital contents for all proprieties under Innotality and communicate through all possible digital and social media channels to maximize impact and social outreach - Drives business results through marketing campaigns - Takes leadership role in developing and managing media plan with digital and creative agencies - Researches brand, industry best-practices and forward looking trends to identify areas of opportunity for future competitive initiatives - Plans and manages annual marketing budget to achieve the desired brand performance - Performs other tasks assigned by Group Director of Sales and Marketing

- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related fields - 4 years of relevant professional experience in brand, marketing or related function with all exposure to all elements in the marketing mix - Ability to identify or determine key priorities and brand needs - Ability to plan and execute marketing plans & events, develop & distribute content, and evaluate the program success - Integrate Marketing experience ideally with digital content, social media and PR coverage - Be able to effectively create and produce events that support hotel needs - Good command of spoken and written English - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and presentation skills - Creative with attention to details, flexible and adaptable, and result oriented - Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Adobe Captivate (preferred)
