- Ensure expenses is paid promptly and smooth accounting flow for all accounts - Ensure all bills date payment is on track - Prepare payroll, claims etc - Prepare company budget reporting and cash flow - Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the accounting program. - Assist with financial and tax audits. - Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements. - Handle financial transactions for the office, such as collecting payments and deposits and purchasing needed supplies - handle payroll and submit taxes for companies and employees - Respond to telephone enquiries , email enquiries etc - Assist account manager in preparing invoices etc - Control stock in and out - Prepare invoice and receipt - Closing entry and report - Control Petty Cash
