•Set up computer Operating System; •Install Software and hardware; •Provide overall IT support to all users in internal & external and other System Application; •Manages, Monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and supports all IT systems, including servers, operating systems, hardware, software, printers and scanners; •Manage company’s workstation, IT assets and inventory updating; •Involve with new Service and Company’s system; •Alert to the relevant team for any issue occurred; •Other tasks assigned by supervisor. • Contact with system company when system has error（Core Banking system and accountant system ） • Management company domain • Maintenance company HP • Maintenance GPS System • Document creation • Content editing and production • Windows-based server

•Bachelor degree in Information Technology or other relevant field; •Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience; •Good knowledge on technology and service management; •IT support specific skill (network, technical support); •Be honest , flexible, Hard working and good in communication; •Willing to work as a team and be able to work under pressure; •Willing to travel to Site of the company.
