• Assist Confer with management, engineers, and building architects to understand a project • Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates • Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures • Prepare graphic representations of proposed plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) software • Select appropriate materials for use in landscape designs • Analyze environmental reports on land conditions, such as drainage and energy usage • Inspect landscape work to ensure that it adheres to original plans • Seek new work through marketing or by giving presentations • Design outdoor spaces that are not just aesthetically pleasing, but practical, too. • Use trees, plants, shrubs, and more to beautify everything from a pond owned by an individual to a public park. • Conduct topographic surveys. • Oversee construction work to make sure that the work matches the plans. • Create restoration plans for areas of nature that have been disrupted by humans. • Use computer-aided design (Adobe Photoshop,CAD...) to create the designs. • Others task as assigned by the management

•Location working is at Cambodia; •Male or Female • Bachelor's or master's degree in design architecture; • At least 04 years of experience; • High level of technical knowledge, Adobe Photoshop, including CAD and model-making skills or in design skill; • Good drawing skills, including perspective drawing ; • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to write briefs, promote and explain ideas, and build relationships with clients; • Knowledge of the wider casino construction and design industries; • Good project management skills, including the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines; • Good organizational and creative problem-solving skills; • Good negotiating and management skills; • Flexible attitude is a plus;
