Jobs Description

- Point of sale materials (POSM) control - POSM stock planning, control and production request in line with business needs - Support the agent network team on ensuring that all agents have suitable materials provided in good time, and manage the distribution of POSM accordingly - Support the Business Development team with POSM distribution for retail outlets - Work with Smart Marketing team on POSM materials (artwork, production, storage) - SmartLuy Agent shop signage - Ensure suppliers install/maintain/remove shop sign as needed - Ensure suppliers conduct site surveys correctly - Raise purchase requests and orders accordingly - Involve with Smart Events team for managing freelancer KPIs and performance-Preparation of Smart luy materials to support the event - Reconciliation of wallets with Finance team where necessary - Field visits with a supplier and/ or Smart Luy Agent Network team to ensure all POSM installations are good quality and any issues settled-

Jobs Requirement

- Degree or higher in Business Management, Banking, Finance, Telecommunication or in a related field - 2 years experience up in a related commercial field POSM and stock management, marketing, reporting or other financial services - Proven ability of critical thinking and dispute handling both on the operation and technical - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to automate operational procedures-Strong customer focus - Sound knowledge of accounting/auditing standards and taxation principles - Capacity to innovate, creating new policies, processes and structures for internal channels - Excellent computer literacy (particularly MS Office Suite) - Affinity towards entrepreneurship, understanding potential benefits of mobile technology to low-income populations - Familiarity with lasted boiler technology payment solutions - Ability to develop and analyze financial/business data Working time: 8:00AM ~ 5:00PM Holiday: Sat / Sun / National holiday -alary: $ 276 ~ $ 512 •Benefit and allowances: Insurance, Annual Bonus, Sales Incentive and other benefits more HOW TO APPLY If you are interested in this recruitment, Please click and submit your CV!
