- Monitor Accounts Receivables and ensure timely collection. - Record cash receipts and make bank deposits and prepare monthly bank reconciliations. - Maintain the petty cash fund - Verify purchase orders, supplier invoices, material receipts and maintain Accounts Payable ledger. - Pay supplier invoices on time. - Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy - Tag and monitor fixed assets - Issue financial statements. - Provide information to the external auditors for the annual financial audit. - Maintain the annual budgets, report variances to the budget to management. - Prepare monthly tax returns and submit on time and comply with all statutory reporting requirements. - Process payroll in a timely manner. - Follow accounting policies and procedures

Proficiency in English and ability to communicate in English is required. - The candidate should be a good communicator with skills in interpersonalrelationships.
