- Prepare monthly financial statement and report to Shareholders, Deputy Director, Sale Director and Auditor, - Assist in preparation fixed asset counting, - Maintain accurate financial records, - Interact with external auditors in completing audits, - Record weekly refund ticket incomes into clear view accounting system properly, - Manage the record of all accounting transactions into clear view accounting system, - Monitor revenues and expenditures, ensure transactions are recorded in the accounting system properly, - Verify monthly incentives/commission, - Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
