- Prepare financial reports such as: - general ledger, expense reports, billing, payroll, P&L / income statement, balance sheet and cash flow report - Maintain system of accounts and keep books and records on all transactions and fixed assets, areas include: invoices, account receivable, accounts payable, payroll, budget, projections and forecast, revenue and expenditure - Research about pricing, competitors’ performances & market trend - Monitor the day-to-day financial operations, ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately, in a timely manner - Perform month-end closing procedures, analyze costs, pricing, sales results - Establish & maintain financial policies / procedures for the company - Resolve financial disputes raised by the customers & our sales teams - Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance ONLY (with CFA/CPA is a plus) - 2 - 4 years of accounting / finance experience is preferred - Understand FMCG industry, distribution, retail & consumer goods is a plus - Language requirement: Khmer (native) & English (very good) is a MUST, Thai & Chinese (good to know) - IT skills requirement - Proficient in MS Office like word, powerpoint, excel is a - Have experience with accounting software is a plus - Soft skills requirement - Able to adapt working in a challenging & fast-paced environment - Have good planning &communication; skills - Have strong drive & energetic - Reliable, hardworking & initiative is very important - Have self-discipline, able to work independently & also in a team - Very good and sensitive with numbers (accounting & calculation skills)
