Jobs Description

- Familiar with Digital marketing & social media management (such as online posting – Facebook, websites, WeChat, twitter, YouTube, creating QR code, SEO, SEM, mobile marketing, search engine etc) - Proven Facebook working experience is a MUST (pages management, LIVE streaming, messenger, call-for-action CTA function) - Familiarity with the following knowledge is a MUST (online traffic, conversion rates, paid search, SEO, SEM, PPC, bounce rate, search terms) - Solid knowledge of analytics tools or ad serving tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight,Omniture, WebTrends, Dart, Atlas, Adtech is a big plus - Able to analyze metrics & identify trends - Monthly analysis of all digital marketing campaign especially Facebook performance - Monitoring marketing expenses & budget, ROI, prepare quotations for customers, keep track of financial & statistical information for the department - To develop & oversee all digital marketing work (e.g. online & display ads, database, promotion, trade incentives, website etc) - Able to create &; run omni-channel digital campaign - To brainstorm & implement innovative ideas & strategies, managing all online campaign (such as contests, giveaways, competition) - To develop good internally & externally relationships with all key stakeholders (e.g. agencies, vendors partners) - Able to build resources & contacts with important media partners such as Facebook & Google - Able to do Video shooting & 360-degree video online streaming is a plus

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or related field such as communications, hospitality & tourism - Qualification in CIM is a plus - Language requirement: English (very good) is a MUST, (Khmer, Thai & Chinese - good to know) - Preferably 2 to 7 years of experiences in the following industries is a plus (e.g. advertising or PR agencies, F&B, FMCG, consumers goods, hospitality) - Strictly no fresh graduates - Be very hardworking & able to meet tight deadlines, juggle various projects at the same time - Able to be flexible in working hours (sometime overtime at night, early morning or no off-day for a longer period of time because of event’s needs) - IT skills (proficient in MS Office like word, powerpoint, excel is a MUST) - Photoshop & video editing skills are good to know - Able to adapt in challenging, pressuring & fast-paced environment - Have good planning & organizing skills - Have strong drive & ambitious with self-motivation - Able to deal with numbers (basic accounting & calculation skills) - Creative & have a strong attention to details - Have good teamwork & communication skills
